Counseling Sessions
Khara's counseling approach is grounded in social justice work, Feminist Psychology, Jungian theory, and Person Centered practices. She specialization is in embodied practices, wholistic therapy and expressive art therapy and she is a practitioner of Generative Somatics and a facilitator of the Be Present Empowerment Model.
She works with individuals, adults, adolescent and children as well as couples and families. She welcomes anyone interested in exploring and healing a broad spectrum of life experiences. These include:
