When working in partnership with organizations I seek to work with those partners that  align with my organizational values, an understanding of the relational nature of my work, and commitment to sustainable change and liberatory practices.


Values

Equity and Justice  Until we all are equal and treated as such non of us are free. We are committed to identifying internal and externalized oppression and healing our ancestor wounds as well as making conscious choices in our strategic planning on how to not just model a diversity in leadership but also in who we serve. We seek to acknowledge conditions and offer an alternative

Relationships and Collectivity. Through relationships we not only become aware of our places of growth but we return to a deep understanding of our interconnectedness and that through a return to connectivity and community we create a movement

Healing and Personal Growth   By a continued effort towards our personal evolution we are able to heal generations of trauma and pain.

Creativity and Play  Through creativity and play we not only practice skills that are crucial for our survival but we become channels for a deeper level of knowing that can transcend the conditioning of the mind.

Reverence and Compassion  By practicing reverence for ourselves, the world around us, and those who came before us we tap into a divine wisdom of a bigger mystery. This allows us to step out of the ignorance of our conditioning and into a cosmic understanding of justice, truth, and our miraculous selves.

Authenticity and Embodiment  Embodied leadership means that we take the risk to reveal our personal and collective truths for our own and collective healing and to stay aligned with our mission. To be authentic leaders require a commitment to stay in integrity and be accountable for mistakes.

I am committed to my own sustainability as well as that of the partnership I am in.  I offer a sliding scale that seeks to ensure my own ability to continue the quality of work as well as maintain my well being and I ask that each organization make a assessment of where on the scale the organization can meet me.  I encourage conversations and inquiries about the scale and how to use it.  If you need to pay lower on the scale please be in conversation with me about creating openings of reciprocity.


One on one coaching (can also do group rate) $80-$150

One hour group centering practices $100- $200

One hour training $200-$450

Organizational Consultancy Rate TBD based on project


I am currently based in New Orleans but welcome travel invitations but if travel is involved we will need to be in conversation about additional fees and expenses.
